If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or contains the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund β whichever you prefer.
To report an issue, send an email to support@omnilar.shop with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the damaged item (if applicable).
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. However, you may return your original order for a full refund and place a new order separately. This is often the fastest way to get a replacement product.
